How are words counted?
We count the number of words in the source text that gets translated. Cached translations (previously translated content) are not counted and are always free.
What is BYO API?
BYO API (Bring Your Own API) lets you use your own translation API key. You pay the $9/month platform fee and your API provider directly for translation usage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my free trial runs out?
When your 10,000 free words are used, you can choose a paid plan to continue. Your translation memory and settings are preserved.
How does translation memory save me money?
Translation memory stores previously translated segments. When the same or similar text appears again, we reuse the cached translation at no cost.
Do you offer human review?
Yes. You can assign professional human translators to review and approve machine translations before publishing.
Do you charge for cached translations?
No. Once a segment is translated, it’s stored in translation memory and reused for free.
